Bivens Animal Hospital also offers telemedicine to our clients. We have teamed up with Petzam to bring this convenience to our clients. Telemedicine is live, mobile, video conferencing from your cell phone to our office. You can use your cell phone to show us your pet’s condition or behavioural issue. Our Doctors will be able to give you advice on whether you need an appointment or if everything looks ok. Petzam is in alignment with legal requirements for the veterinarian-patient-client-relationship, making it our choice for Telemedicine service. To use Petzam, you’ll need to download the Petzam app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once the app is installed, you can sign in and search for Dr. Andrea Bivens. We even do some telemedicine calls on weekends and after hours.
